We designed this unique coffee blend with a great deal of attention. We wanted a perfect blend for both espresso and black. It was a challenge, but we think we did a stellar job. Stable on the palate with enough acidity to drink as espresso or long black, and more than enough mouth feel to drink in milk. Sweet with a long finish, overtones of strawberry and stone fruit.
