Return and Refund Policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides protections for customers in the event that a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not do what it is supposed to do. Please note the following details regarding our return and refund policy.

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided your circumstances comply with the ACL or the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused), with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will review your request and, if accepted, provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You have received the incorrect item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as coffee, food, or other consumables).
  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Personal care items.

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless required under ACL.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is accepted, we will process the refund as per our policy.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at matt@kingdomcoffee.com.au.


Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair regardless of the terms outlined above.
